Relaycast is for server owners and admins who want to reach their own members. This policy lists what you may and may not do with the service. It is part of our Terms of Service.
You may only run campaigns on Discord servers that you own or administer, where the bot was added by the server administration.
Sending messages to servers you do not control, or using someone else's server without their permission, is not allowed.
Send campaigns to members who expect to hear from you. The best way to do this is an opt-in role, for example an announcements or news subscription role, and a role filter on the campaign.
If members report your messages as unwanted, we may ask you to narrow your audience or stop the campaign.
You must not send spam, phishing, malware or links to malware, scams or fraudulent offers, or content that is illegal where you or your members are.
You must not send harassment, threats or hate speech, or adult content to minors.
You must not impersonate Discord, another company, a server or a person.
You must not buy, sell or scrape member lists, or import members from other servers to message them.
You must not try to evade Discord rate limits, bans or restrictions, for example by splitting a campaign across several accounts or servers.
You must not use Relaycast to test or probe security, or to overload Discord or our systems.
You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. Relaycast is not affiliated with Discord Inc., and a campaign that passes our review can still break Discord rules. Checking that is your responsibility.
If we find a violation, we will stop the campaign and block the account. Depending on the case, we may also report it to Discord, to payment providers or to the authorities.
If an account is blocked for breaking this policy, its remaining balance is lost and is not returned.
If you think we made a mistake, write to us through the support chat on https://relaycast.org and explain the situation. We will review it.
If you received a message sent through Relaycast that breaks this policy, send the details (server name, message text, date) through the support chat on https://relaycast.org.
