Relaycast uses one cookie and a few items in your browser's local storage. All of them are needed for the site to work. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
When you sign in, we set one httpOnly session cookie. It keeps you logged in and cannot be read by scripts on the page. It is removed when you log out or when the session ends.
We store three things in your browser's localStorage: your language choice, a draft of the campaign you are editing, and an anonymous token that links you to your support chat conversation.
This data stays in your browser. The support chat token is sent to our server only so that replies reach the right chat.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. For this reason we do not show a cookie consent banner.
You can delete the cookie and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete the session cookie you will be logged out. If you clear local storage you will lose your unsaved campaign draft and your support chat history in the widget.
