These terms govern your use of Relaycast at https://relaycast.org, operated by Relaycast. Please read them before you create an account or buy messages.
By creating an account, buying messages or launching a campaign, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Relaycast on behalf of a company or a community, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
Relaycast lets owners and administrators of Discord servers pay to have a Discord bot send announcements to members of their own servers. The bot must be added to the server by that server's administration.
Messages are delivered by a separate delivery service that we operate as part of Relaycast.
Relaycast is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
You can sign in with an email and password or with a Google account. You must give a valid email address and keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Relaycast. One person or organization may not use several accounts to get around limits or a block.
If you think someone else has accessed your account, write to us through the support chat on https://relaycast.org.
Relaycast is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription. The price is $35 USD per 1,000 messages.
The minimum order is 1,000 messages and the maximum is 50,000 messages per order or campaign. For larger volumes, contact support.
Purchased messages are added to your account balance. We charge your balance only for messages that were actually delivered. Messages that could not be delivered (for example, because a member has closed direct messages) are not charged and stay on your balance. Your balance does not expire.
Payments are processed by third parties: FreeKassa for bank cards and trybit for cryptocurrency. Their own terms may also apply to your payment. All payments are final and are not refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
After you start a campaign, it enters a queue and may be reviewed. Campaigns are launched within 24 hours after you start them.
We may hold or decline a campaign that appears to break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. In that case the reserved messages stay on your balance.
You may only send campaigns to servers that you own or administer and where the bot was added by the server administration. You are responsible for the text, links and targeting of every campaign you create.
You must follow the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, our Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and to your audience.
You must not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access data or accounts that are not yours.
We may stop a running campaign, suspend or block your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you broke these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if Discord or a payment provider requires it, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.
If your account is blocked for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, the remaining balance is lost and is not returned.
You can stop using Relaycast at any time and ask us to delete your account through support.
Relaycast is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular number of members will receive or read your messages.
Delivery depends on Discord and on each member's privacy settings, which we do not control. Discord may change its platform, limit bots or restrict accounts at any time.
To the extent allowed by law, Relaycast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, loss of reputation, or actions Discord takes against your server, bot or account.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
If you keep using Relaycast after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that country, unless the law of your country of residence gives you a mandatory right to use your local courts.
